Users access the IntelliAM platform through a web-based interface using secure login credentials. We currently have 2 alternate permission sets, one for standard users and one for organisation administrators.
Standard Users - Do not have edit access and will be able to access site that have been assigned to them.
Organisation Admin - Has the ability to create new users and remove old users.
*Org Admin permissions must be requested via a ticket to the IntelliAM Support Team.
Once logged in, users are directed to the main dashboard where the current operational state of monitored assets is displayed.
Initial steps for new users:
Log in to the IntelliAM platform. Review the main dashboard overview. Identify assets that may require investigation. Explore asset-level views and analytical tools.
