Historic OEE Dashboards

Historic OEE Dashboards are designed to provide insights into operational efficiency using data from the existing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) dashboard within your Intelliam account.

These dashboards help identify specific periods of reduced OEE and analyze the underlying causes, such as reduced performance, limited availability, and prolonged errors. By offering these insights, users can perform targeted analyses to uncover patterns and support continuous improvement through actionable insights.

Data Structure and Storage

The dashboards use data from production PostgreSQL database. This data is used to provide analysis at both monthly and daily levels:

• Monthly Store: This view provides trends across key metrics such as OEE, Availability, Quality, and Performance. It also includes a breakdown by factors like Grade, Size, and Shift. Additional metrics include average units per minute, errors, and speed loss.

• Daily Store: This view offers a detailed, day-by-day breakdown to identify variations within a specific month.

Key Features & Insights

• Dynamic Analysis: Users can select a specific month, which will dynamically drill down to daily data for deeper analysis.

• Identifying Root Causes: The dashboards help identify periods of low OEE performance and determine the root causes, such as performance issues, long errors, or availability problems.

• Targeted Improvements: This tool facilitates improvements at a granular level by highlighting areas needing attention.

• Enhanced Trend Understanding: Users can gain a better understanding of trends over time for OEE, Availability, Quality, and Performance.
